Edmund's Farewell at Uncle KJ's restaurant!

Uncle KJ (Kwan Jee) was the executive chef at The Peak, Genting before he retired.

He won numerous awards including Top Chef (Malaysia) 1998/99.

Day out with friends met during Europe trip!

Yes, I met them during my Europe Trip back in June this year!

 Met up at Botanical, Bangsar Village 2.

We had the afternoon tea for 2. It wasn't as good as compared to the one in Ritz-Carlton but Im not surprised.

The meringue was too sweet, but what to expect since its sugar and egg white.

Had dinner their place.

Oh, did i mention that they are sisters? :)

We made mushroom soup, portobello mushroom and aglio olio.

Had so much fun with them - cooking, chatting, camwhoring ;)
