Juan Valdez Cafe, The Intermark.

Juan Valdez, featuring Colombian coffee, has 268 outlets in 12 countries (The Intermark- first chain in Southeast Asia).

Really comfortable place! *i actually brought my book there to study lol*

The menu comprises European and South American elements created by chef Nathalie Arbefeuille. Their signature dishes are the salmon blini, croque monsieur, salad, egg benedict and pancake. I was sorta stuffed today so my friend and i ordered the:

Eggs benedict with organic milky bread, homemade braseola, and Juan Valdez light hollandaise sauce and marinated salmon (RM17). Really love it! by far the best! Love the smoked salmon, the texture of the egg is great and the hollandaise sauce! *yumms!* (Big eater might want to order 2 portions though. Haha!)

Pancakes served with salted caramel cream (homemade i heard), topped with whipped cream, maple syrup and homemade jam (RM18). The pancakes are okay to me, the salted caramel cream however is the bomb as its not too sweet :)

Arequipe latte (caramel! love it :D)

I'm not really a coffee person (as you can see, i don't comment much on the coffee. But, i really like the Arequipe latte. Coffee lovers could give it a try. Or, probably try their Colombian coffee :') AND, try the eggs benedict if you're a brunch person! :')

Enjoy! :)
